Using Unison
You may use Unison to create and join synchronized media rooms. You are responsible for your activity, the links you share, the messages you send, and the content you add.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, harass others, evade technical limits, or use Unison in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Content and YouTube
Unison does not host the videos you play. Content is delivered by YouTube and remains subject to YouTube’s terms, availability rules, geographic restrictions, advertising, and the rights of its owners.
Availability
The service is provided “as is” and may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee that every video, playlist, browser, or device will always work.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Unison and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties, enforce technical limits, or respond to unlawful or abusive conduct.
